Quotes for training programs and services
We can give you a quote immediately for most courses, and usually by the end of the day for large or complex programs. Our prices are neither the highest nor lowest in Australia. We guarantee value for money, defined as the value of the acquired skills to your organisation, not the "value of the training course." We believe comparisons based on per head or per hour don't understand the skill and effort of the participants and the trainers.
Conditions
- Cients arrange venues for in-house training programs.
- Courses which last longer than half a day have a minimum group size of four people. Maximums apply to some courses - these are given in the course descriptions.
- Fees include any relevant manuals and handouts, suppied electronically before a program, and DVDs.
- Airfares and accommodation are charged by arrangement.
Payment Arrangements
- We invoice after program delivery. Payment can be made by cheque, EFT, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Diners.)
- Course arrangements can be changed without penalty up to 10 working days before a booked date. With less notice than that, we charge a 50% fee.
